Yes! If your photos are in albums, we take extra care to photograph them without removing them from your albums. If removal is necessary, we will handle your photos gently and return them in their original order.
Yes, we will photograph all overlapping images and either keep them together upon editing or separate them into individual images if possible.
Yes! We return all your photos in their original order and condition.
Our standard processing time is 6-8 weeks from the time we receive your photos. Expedited service may be available for an additional fee.
Yes, we can create a photobook from your existing album or photos. Each book copy is $99. Our photo books hold up to 350 images, come in hardcover with two size options (8.5”x11” or 8”x8”), and feature one photo per page. You will be able to preview your book before printing.
We scan most photos at 300 DPI, ensuring high-quality digital images suitable for both archiving and printing. Your scanned images will be provided in high-quality JPEG format.
