Photokive is a professional photo digitization service that helps preserve your precious memories. Send us your photo albums and loose photos, and we’ll convert them into high-quality digital images that you can access, share, and store securely.
Digitizing your photos helps protect them from physical damage due to aging, natural disasters, or accidents. It also makes it easier to organize, share, and back up your memories for future generations.
Once you place an order, we’ll send a prepaid shipping kit to fill with your albums and photos. If you’re in LA, you’re welcome to drop them at our studio or we can arrange to have them picked up.
You can choose to receive your photos via:
- A secure online download link will be available at your Photokive online account that houses all of your digital images.
- A USB drive (available for an additional fee)
Our pricing is based on the number of photos you send - whether they are loose or in albums.
The average photo album has between 100 and 200 photos. You can choose any package to start and pay a balance later if you're not sure how many photos you have.
Absolutely! We know how important old photo albums are and we take great care in handling and returning your albums and photos in their original condition.
Yes! Your privacy is our priority. We do not share, sell, or use your images for any purpose other than digitization.
Yes! We offer basic color correction and dust removal at no extra charge. Advanced restoration can be quoted upon request.
Yes! We will categorize and label your images based on albums, dates, or themes—just let us know your preferences by being sure to send them organized and labeled as you want.

You can purchase an annual cloud storage plan for $18 on our site. You will be prompted to purchase a membership when you try to access your account following the 90 days.
